EU AUTOS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: [13 Jan 2026]
By booking work, leaving a vehicle with EU Autos, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions in full.

1. Definitions

“EU Autos”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to EU Autos.
“Customer”, “you”, “your” refers to the vehicle owner or authorised keeper.
“Vehicle” refers to any car, van, or motor vehicle left in our care.
“Services” refers to diagnostics, MOT testing, repairs, servicing, inspections, or any related work.

2. Estimates, Quotes & Authorisation

All quotes are estimates only unless clearly stated otherwise.
Additional faults may be identified once work begins.
No additional work will be carried out without customer authorisation, unless required for safety or legal compliance (e.g. MOT-related safety issues).
Verbal, written, WhatsApp, SMS, or email authorisation is deemed valid consent.

3. Diagnostics & Fault Finding

Diagnostic charges apply regardless of whether repairs are carried out.
A diagnostic check identifies faults at the time of testing only and does not guarantee future reliability.
EU Autos is not responsible for unrelated faults that appear after diagnostics or repairs.

4. Parts

Where applicable, parts may be new, reconditioned, OEM, or aftermarket, unless otherwise agreed.
Customer-supplied parts are fitted entirely at the customer’s risk, and EU Autos accepts no liability for part failure, incompatibility, or consequential damage.
Warranty (if any) applies to parts supplied by EU Autos only and does not cover labour unless stated.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of work.
Vehicles will not be released until full payment has been received.
EU Autos reserves the right to charge storage fees where vehicles are not collected promptly (see Section 7).

6. MOT Testing

MOT tests are conducted strictly in accordance with DVSA regulations.
EU Autos has no control over MOT outcomes.
No liability is accepted for failures or advisories identified during MOT testing.

9. Test Drives

Vehicles may be test-driven where necessary.
EU Autos is not responsible for pre-existing damage or mechanical failure during test drives.

10. Delays

Completion times are estimates only.
Delays caused by parts availability, third-party suppliers, or unforeseen faults do not make EU Autos liable for compensation.
